Insyde® Software Receives Prestigious Industry Awards from Forbes.com and Deloitte

Company Recognized for Sustained Growth and Solid Financial Performance

TAIPEI, TAIWAN, DECEMBER 2, 2010 - Insyde Software, a leading provider of Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) firmware today announced that it has been honored with receiving a Forbes.com "Asia’s 200 Best Under a Billion" award and named as a Deloitte “2010 Technology Fast 500™” company in Asia Pacific.

Annually, Forbes.com recognizes Asia's top-performing small and midsize enterprises with revenues under $1 billion. Approximately 13,000 Asia-Pacific companies were included in the Forbes.com initial screening. Of these, only 670 companies passed the criteria for profitability, growth, modest indebtedness and future prospects. The final 200 were selected based on earnings growth, sales growth and shareholder's return on equity. Furthermore, Insyde Software finds itself in elite company as one of only nineteen companies from Taiwan, and the only Taiwan company recognized in the "Software & Services" category.

Announced earlier today at an awards ceremony in Hong Kong, the 2010 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific program recognizes 500 technology companies in Asia Pacific that have achieved the fastest rates of annual revenue growth during the past three years. Currently in its 9th year, the Technology Fast 500 program continues to be a highly coveted award by technology companies worldwide.
